2. A TRUST DEED OR MORTGAGE IS PRESENTED
o AFMC sends out a list of available deals to our general list. If you find something of interest, you can email or call for more information on the specific note deal
o AFMC sends for your viewing:
Property and some borrower information
o Once you review and commit to a trust deed (CA), we will ask how you prefer to take title to the deed of trust or mortgage (also known as vesting)
